The Strategic Financial Management Service has been developed to meet the need for independent comprehensive analysis and accurate reporting from a well maintained information system.
drb’s service ensures that the Senior Management and Committees have accurate financial information to assist with decision making and strategic planning.
This level of service can be delivered either weekly, fortnightly, monthly or half-termly, dependent on the needs of the organisation. Further bespoke solutions are available on request. |
